The challenge for April over at Home Baked is "Spring Greens".
We thought we would have a go. So we baked a goat's cheese with balsamic red onion tart and with the help of some rocket, chives, carrots, avocado, pepper, cress, spring onions, sesame seeds and tomatoes, we made a little spring scene.

It tasted better than it looks. Looking forward to doing more challenges.
